At Hermosaz Shop, we respect and value every customer and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. To ensure your item is covered by our free return policy, returns must be initiated within 14 days of the ship date.
1.-Go into your Hermosaz account
2.-Find your order in “My order” click the “return item”
3.- Select the item you want to return, indicate the reason and submit
4.- Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package
5.-Drop it off at the post office
Note: This only applies for returns in the US.
We do not process refunds, however, we will be able to exchange the product or give you a store credit!
All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in original condition or will be subject to denial.
We recommend you to try the merchandise with no makeup and no deodorant, this will help not to damage the clothing.
We understand that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all our clients, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from those customers.
Final Sale products -
Seasons change so fast and every time we say goodbye to a garment means we have no more stock of it, therefore we cannot take them back!
Worn items -
You believe in us and we believe in you! Sadly, as mentioned before, if the garment shows signs that it was worn before, we will not be able to make the return. As a suggestion try the garments on with no makeup or deodorant and please leave all tags attached.
Issues with the Product-
We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with your purchase! We always do our best to care for our customers and try to deal with all situations responsibly and fairly. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and email us a picture and we will gladly exchange it for you.
